Once you have a clear understanding of where your want your business to be in the future you have to figure out how you are going to get there. Before you can do that, you have to understand where your business is now in relation to the goals and objectives you have set for it.
Once you have set your short, medium and long-term objectives and gained an understanding of where your are in relation to each of them, you are in a position to create plans, projects and actions that will enable you to attain them.
No matter how good your organisation is, there are likely to be issues that will have to be dealt with in order to attain your goals.
